Policies & Procedures:


You must produce your UCA card to loan any items from the Central Store.

Once you have loaned items from the Central Store you are solely responsible for the security and care of that item.

If you damage or lose an item you are responsible for the cost of it's repair or replacement.
You must return the item/s on the agreed date. You may call the Central Store to check if your loan might be extended if your item/s is still available. (Please call at least 1 day before your loan is due back).

All items must be returned by the person loaning equipment.

In the event of items/s being stolen:
Please inform the police in the first instance and then the Central Store on the number below.

Please be aware that a fine of £5 per day per item will apply for any overdue loans.

When returning item/s please wait for the store staff to check the item back in before leaving.

Please note that these policies are in line with the University's student regulations.
